Work Party day 2 info

May 26, 2012

Today was so much fun! Thank you to everyone who came out and built the new garden- it looks so great!

I’m looking forward to building the new ones with you!

For Sunday, we’ll start at 25th again (briefly), then move to MLK, then 21st, then 15th.

Join in! We can always use the hands; no experience necessary.

So looking forward to putting the new gardens in today!

We’ll start at 25th and Columbia- two sites, and we’ll fan out between 25th and 28th. From there: 21st, one site. Then: 15th, two sites.

Hope to see you there!

New Work Party Dates!

May 10, 2012

Come out and help build the next gardens on the Pollinator Pathway! The next work party will be: May 26th and 27th, from 11-4. No gardening experience required. Bring gloves if you have them, otherwise we have some for you. Excited to see the next new gardens go in the ground! And, I could use 5 people to be volunteer coordinators for the event- send me a note if you’re interested, to: volunteer@pollinatorpathway.com.

May 26 & 27 from 11-4

Start is at 25th and Columbia. From there we will head west throughout day (just walk or drive west, and you’ll find us- we move slow and if you reach 14th, you’ve gone too far).

Wow, nominated for a Stranger Genius Award! What a huge honor and surprise. Here’s Dan Webb and me after the announcement, with our cake.
